The Last BOP Action Against Kimball
In 2005, James Kimball (Kimball) had been imprisoned for about 5 years. Kimball spent most of his time filing motions for his release, pursuing correctional officers who greatly abused their power, and helping prisoners who were dying because of horrible medical treatment. Bureau of Prisons (BOP) Regional Director R.E. Holt retaliated against Kimball for exposing horrible medical treatment at Yazoo FCI, resulting in an extreme intervention from higher-ups (including a mass transfer of prisoners in dire need of medical attention to a medical facility). Kimball, being kind, honest, truthful, and helpful whenever possible, earned unwavering loyalty from some inmates and guards. As a result of this loyalty, Mr. Kimball found a note from an officer on his bed, briefly describing the action Holt was taking against him.

According to the note, Kimball was to be transferred to Big Spring FCI (out of the southeast region entirely and even further away from his family) in west Texas - a prison known as the worst low security prison in the south central region. Multiple inmates transferred from Big Spring at different times (with consistent stories) detailed epidemics of Tuberculosis and Chicken Pox, sleeping in 3 story high open dormitories in beds less than 2 feet apart, and an air conditioner that remained out of operation countless times. Kimball's original website (managed by his 14 year-old son) immediately displayed Holt's plans, motives, and facts for public view. After this posting, after observing Kimball's knowledge of a BOP prison transfer, the entire Atlanta office and superiors were furious.

Kimball was NOT supposed to know the BOP planned to transfer him, much less where they were transferring him. Holt's superiors swiftly intervened once more. There was a mass transfer of Correctional Officers from Yazoo FCI and a mass amount of new Correctional Officers (COs) transferred to Yazoo FCI. Except, these new guards had previously worked at U.S. Penitentiaries, high security prisons, and even the ADMAX (the highest security prison in the U.S.). These new COs had been employed by the BOP for a long period of time; and spending time with the most violent, disgusting, and dangerous people in our country causes severe psychological effects. The mind-state of a CO will change, they will come to forget about rules, inmate rights, health needs, etc. And now these guards were at a prison occupied by petty drug dealers and non-violent criminals. Meanwhile, Holt and his superiors knew Kimball could not be transferred to Big Spring, but they still decided to transfer him to FCI Texarkana in eastern Texas.

Rescuing Jay Kimball
Kimball was still sent to the BOP south central region and to a prison very difficult to visit compared with Yazoo FCI in Mississippi, which was hard enough. Kimball, however, was able to contact a friend / former congressman (who had powerful friends) and explain all that had happened. After listening, Kimball's friend was enraged at what happened with Kimball, particularly Kimball's transfer, and contacted a powerful senator to discuss what could be done. The senator intervened on Kimball's behalf. He setup a meeting with top BOP echelon, who complied with the senator's request. The BOP officials ordered Kimball's immediate transfer to a prison camp close to his family.

Addressing the Family Damage
About 5 months after being at the camp, Kimball's wife became seriously ill and Kimball's 15 years-old son did not know what to do. Mrs. Kimball had developed numerous stress-related medical conditions after her husband was imprisoned. The most serious being Multiple Sclerosis (M.S.). Her health had been continually declining since Kimball's incarceration, to this final point where Kimball recognized his wife was dying. Rather then let her die, he walked off of the camp to care for her. The facility was of the lowest security, with few guards, and no fence. After simply walking off he was classified, "escaped".

Soon after Kimball left the camp in December 2005, Kimball took his wife to a hospital. The hospital discovered she had serious uterine / ovarian cancer and needed an immediate operation. After her operation, Kimball took her to the renowned Moffitt Cancer Center. With Kimball present, the doctor at Moffitt told Mrs. Kimball that she had no more then 7 months to live.

Kimball's pharmaceutical company (DEDI) worked with various cancer clinics, and researched cancer. Kimball was highly involved with the research and knew of the most modern ways to treat Cancer and address the disease. With an exclusive DEDI product (LDC) that was used by cancer clinics and cancer patients, and limited mainstream methods, Kimball's wife was Cancer-free within 2 years. However, the Cancer had caused Mrs. Kimball's M.S. to progress rapidly. With Kimball's continuous efforts in the next year, it appeared Mrs. Kimball's M.S. was close to stabilization.

However, all this pressure had caused Kimball's own health to decline. He began to have difficulty breathing and soon suffered from great fatigue. Before walking off of the BOP camp, doctors found he had an aortic aneurysm, disintegrating gallbladder, and growths on his liver & kidneys. Kimball applied for Social Security to help support himself and his wife. But he mainly applied for Medicare health coverage, so he could afford a doctor and afford the necessary surgery. Kimball's 3 known medical conditions are deadly, and very deadly when they are all present as they are.

The United States Marshals
Kimball had been living a normal with his family for approximately 3 years. With all that our own government and special interests had done to him and his family, he did not have very much money. He was able to afford a trailer in a nice community in Leesburg, Florida (not a 60+ retirement community). There, he fixed the trailer up and made a living by mowing lawns and doing odd jobs around the community. His wife, who required his constant care, stayed with him in this trailer. Her house has recently been officially foreclosed by the bank. Even though Mr. Kimball had no mortgage on the house, his wife spent money on flights every other week to Yazoo Mississippi, money staying weekends at Jessup Georgia when Kimball was moved to the BOP camp, and an outrageous amount of money on filing fees so Mr. Kimball could file motions for his release. All the money was nearly gone in the end.

The fees to only file motions took up a lot of money. However, back then Kimball did not know courts pay no attention to motions filed by an inmate (and not a lawyer). The courts would always find some immediate grounds to dismiss the motions. Most Americans are not aware courts behave differently when monitored by the American public. Regardless, as an American, Kimball did all he could in the present situation and tried to catch up on the time with his family that special interests had taken away. In order to avoid any problems, Kimball did not re-open DEDI or sell any of his company's products. For 3 years, he lived a normal life.

Out of nowhere, instead of hunting murderers, rapists, dangers to our American society, the U.S. Marshals broke down Kimball's unlocked trailer door, rushed in the trailer heavily armed, and found Kimball, age 70, in bed. Traumatizing Kimball's wife, they dragged Kimball out of the trailer and left, without a word.

Kimball now sits in Mcintosh County Jail in Darien, Georgia awaiting trial. His wife's health is once more on the decline, with new stress-related symptoms beginning to appear. His own health is declining, with the new issue of an unexplainable high-blood pressure along with his preexisting conditions. The Kimballs' son is supporting his mother, and living with her / taking care of her. That's the current situation and basic background information.

Something to Consider
It's possible good can come of this situation. The pharmaceutical interests haven't heard Kimball's name in over 8 years. Back then, anything Mr. Kimball did to progress public knowledge of DEDI and what was happening, special interests would undo. However, the internet was not around back then and the few news stations Americans watched could be easily influenced to ignore 1 story. But now, at this present time, everyone can tell their friends what happened with Kimball and DEDI with a simple e-mail or blog post.

The American support will easily secure Mr. Kimball's release and hold everyone accountable who allowed this to happen. For instance, Mr. Kimball's prosecutor was later removed as a U.S. Federal Prosecutor for lying to a judge in another case. However, he was only held partially accountable because he still has a license to practice law. Furthermore, together, we can re-open DEDI, and once more establish a true American pharmaceutical company; except, this time, we can ensure the entire world knows it's there. Every American Kimball's son has talked to would love to come together for such a purpose. And opening a pharmaceutical company, uniting to save the American medical system, could be the start of so much more.
