Paytel somehow holds government contracts, and is in control of the Mcintosh County Jail (MCJ) phone system. They are consumed by greed, have no compassion, and only care about making the most money possible. To ensure this, they've somehow influenced the Georgia government to forbid collect calls from it's jails. Such an action is unheard of throughout our country. Via this action, Paytel ensures every family is forced pay outrageous fees if they wish to speak with their loved ones in county jail custody.
Mcintosh Medical
LDC Founder James Kimball suffers from numerous potentially deadly medical conditions. Such conditions put Kimball's life in extreme danger because of the previous disposition of a jail nurse, who refused to recognize the seriousness of the situation. Mr. Kimball's life was put in greater danger because of a doctor who hardly gave any time / attention to his condition, resulting in his 7 day stay in ICU because he was given incorrect medicine.
Mr. Kimball suffers from an aortic aneurysm, disintegrating gallbladder, and cysts on his liver / kidneys. The main medical staff is trying to make up for prior actions.
