The Call to Paytel
This section of the website shows a call made by Mr. Kimball's son (Jason) to Paytel Communications, Inc. (Paytel). Jason video taped the entire call, from entering the number in the phone all the way through to the hang up. In the video, Jason has proven you must listen to the automated system for approximately 8 minutes before you are put on hold to talk to Paytel! 8 minutes of: "press 8 to talk to a representative" then "press 7 to talk to.." "press 6 to talk to.." - no exaguration. You will find the video, which had to be divided into 3 segments for a total length of ~24 minutes. The article continues below the video.

The video clearly shows Paytel wants no communication with the public. They try as hard as they can to make it exceedingly difficult to reach a live employee. They force you to go through over 7 minutes of automated menus, in hopes you'll change your mind somewhere along the line.
