Over the past few weeks, Paytel has charged Mr. Kimball's family over $1,000.00 to allow Mr. Kimball to talk with his family a less then reasonable amount of time per day.

Paytel makes money by:

• Permission from the Georgia government to have 100% control over the phones
• Using their control over the phones to block phone numbers that do not have a prepaid Paytel account
• Using their control over the phones to disable collect calls (which is possibly illegal), refusing to allow any inmate to make collect calls.
• Misleading and scamming consumers so they believe when they use Paytel, they are making a collect call.

Nearly 100% of those in county jails (along with their families) forced to use Paytel actually believe they are making a collect call. Paytel uses this effective tactic as the primary reason they charge such obscene amounts of money. After making Americans believe Paytel calls are collect calls, Paytel has the audacity to suggest they are extremely concerned about customer satisfaction, which is why they grant a 5% discount off the cost of real collect calls in their charges.

We hope to shut down Paytel by simply taking away all of it's government contracts. After taking it's contracts, we hope to give them to ourselves (Americans) for a variety of reasons listed below, but especially to ensure another Vincent Townsend doesn't take them over. While James Kimball is unable, we hope everyone will support his son forming a corporation designated to take over these government contracts. Though legally this corporation will be under one persons name, it will be controlled by every American.

In forming this 100% American corporation, we would accomplish the following:

1. Every American will see the power we truly have when we come together for such selfless reasons
2. Every American will see how we can fix all that's wrong with our country, as the methods for taking down the powerful special interests that are destroying us would be very similar to taking down Paytel
3. We will be in control of millions of dollars, which we must work together to use efficiently.
4. Every American will see how good it feels to trust a corporation, to run a corporation, to have the power to hire 200 employees for this corporation with the amount of pay we decide, and with proper benefits, etc, etc.

Everyone who's involved, and every American, will have access to all company information, to include profits, costs, and revenues. The company will be directed by every American willing. The legal head of the corporation is in charge of nothing except ensuring whatever decisions we make are carried out. With all he's proven and risked for his country, DEDI's president does deserve this position, which requires an honest individual that everyone can trust. The point we want to stress is the company will be in every American's control.

All-in-all, we, as American's, uniting together to remove such a company contracted by our governemnt, will produce extreme benefits. Companies like Paytel are a primary part of what's wrong with our country. As this section depicts, no representative of our government would ever give Paytel a contract unless Paytel was able to influence such a decision. Although removing Paytel brings us one small step further to putting America in the control of Americans; there are still selfish, cold, un-American men and women currently in our government that provide special interests their power.
